When you need custom springs you may expect a long lead-time but at Ashfield we are committed to keeping this to an absolute minimum.

  • We don't rely on outsourcing components with all the associated delays

  • We genuinely manufacture springs from a wire size of 0.1mm - 8.00mm

  • Our modern, purpose built factory was specially designed to allow the optimum number of orders to flow through the factory

That's why we don't need to quote lead-times of four to six weeks, for custom made springs we offer a lead-time of only 10-15 working days and If you have a pressing need, we can often get small orders and prototypes to you in a mere two to three working days.
